Return Policy
Thanks for shopping at Reindeer Technologies.The Process are:
- 1. Refund is applicable only if the product received is damaged or wrong product is received at your end.
- 2. Notify us of any damage or manufacturing defect within 24hrs of receiving the product.
- 3. To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase.
- 4. Contact Customer Support to make arrangements for a return and receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
- 5. Please ship the product back within the stipulated timeline and ensure the re-packing is proper.
- 6. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
- 7. Upon receipt of your item/items, our team of professionals will inspect if it is within the return and refund window.
- 8. Then, the refund process will be initiated. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
- 9. A refund* will be processed within 3-6 weeks of receipt of the product at Reindeer and completion of the destruction process described in step 3 above, if applicable.
- 10. Please note that Reindeer does not permit the return of, or offer refunds for, the following products:
- 11. Volume License software orders* Products obtained as part of a bundle with other computer services or equipment or distributed by another company as part of their software compilation.
- 12. Products that were acquired for free (not for resale), including trial versions or other products downloaded for free off the Reindeer web site or other third-party electronic distribution sites.

Products obtained by any customer in any other country other than the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, United States territories, Canada, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway,
Spain, Switzerland, Sweden, and the United Kingdom. Fee-based technical support services. Reindeer Technologies is not responsible for return shipping costs. Every shipping has to be paid by the customer, even if the item had free shipping in the
first place, the customer has to pay for the shipping in return.Pre-order Terms and Conditions. These Pre-Order Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the placing of pre-orders (“Pre-order”) with Reindeer Technologies. Please read these Terms carefully
before submitting your Pre-Order of any of Reindeer Products. By submitting your Pre-Order, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.
1. Pre-Order Reservation – You can place a pre-order when a product is launched or when an existing product is out-of-stock. For new product launches, exclusive discounts are applicable.
a. You must provide your correct and current address and other billing information.
b. You acknowledge and agree that Reindeer may decline or delay reservations to avoid oversubscription or as it deems appropriate, we will make efforts to inform you within two (2) weeks of our receipt of your Pre-Order, and that you will be entitled to a full
refund of the purchase Price.
2. Price & Payment – You should pay in full, and products will be delivered once they are back in stock. In case the products are not shipped within the agreed timeframe, we will refund the payment made. Methods of payment accepted are: (1) Bank Transfers; (2) Online via payment gateway. The purchase price does not include import duties, taxes, transfer fees, and other governmental charges, which are Buyer’s responsibility.
3. Delivery Schedule – Although we will make efforts to begin delivering the Products as soon as possible, you should understand and agree that there may be delays. An estimated time of delivery is 30 days from the day of order placed, and Reindeer does not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the Product by the estimated date.
4. Cancellation – Buyer or Seller may cancel this reservation by terminating the Pre-order at any time for any or no reason prior to our notice to you that your Product is ready for delivery. If you do so prior to our notice of delivery, you will obtain a refund of the purchase Price without interest. If Reindeer cancels your reservation, you will receive a full refund of the Purchase Price without interest.
5. Limitation of Liability – Under no circumstances will Reindeer be held liable for any incidental,special or consequential damages arising out or related to this agreement.
